3. AI Processing
Writing and speaking submissions are processed by AI services (such as Groq) to provide evaluation feedback. Your submissions are sent to these services solely for evaluation purposes and are not stored by the AI provider beyond what is necessary for processing. We do not sell your submissions to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We use Supabase for database management with built-in row-level security. Payment information is processed through secure payment channels and is never stored on our servers.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except: (a) with your explicit consent; (b) to comply with legal obligations; (c) with service providers who assist in operating the Service (under strict confidentiality agreements); (d) to protect our rights and safety.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
